One day my daughter came to me and said “Mum, have you heard about life coaching – I am going to find out more about it”.  

I had been contemplating a career change for some time but like most people, did just that - contemplated it and didn’t do anything else.  Until that statement from my daughter.  We both looked into the subject of life coaching and I was totally hooked.  I had always wanted to help people, this way I could help people by doing some of my favourite things, listening and talking!

So here I am, a qualified Essex based Life Coach. If someone would have said to me years ago that I, a mother of 3 (which keeps me young) and a grandma to 4 (which keeps me fit), would be a personal life coach, I would have looked at them with amazement. That I walked on hot coals, thanks to Anthony Robbins and was able to fulfil my own dreams through coaching.

I have coached many people, male, female, young and not so young with varying types of goals from many walks of life, moving them forward to where they wanted to be, which is what life coaching is all about!

I trained and completed an Advanced Diploma with The Coaching Academy, currently one of the World’s leading coach training schools, and began my journey into the world of personal development. I can say that I am deeply privileged to be working in the field that I do.

Coaching has taught me anything is possible and in the wide and varied clients I have worked with since then, it has been reinforced time and time again.
